Legacy of Leadership Scholarship Application

Deadline to apply: June 30, 2023

Criteria:

-- The recipient must remain a full-time student enrolled in a Doctorate of Chiropractic
program at an accredited Chiropractic college or university in the U.S. through December
2023, or they shall forfeit the award.

-- Minimum 2.7 GPA.

-- The recipient must agree to keep the award confidential until it is announced at The
ChiroCongress Convention, in November 2023, or they shall forfeit the award.

-- Applicants may not be family members of employees or officers of ChiroCongress or
ChiroCongress Cares.
